Usage environment and your health

The wireless WAN adapter emits radio frequency electromagnetic energy similar to other radio devices. However, the level of energy emitted is much less than the electromagnetic energy emitted by wireless devices such as a cell phone.

Because the wireless WAN adapter operates within the guidelines found in radio frequency safety standards and recommendations, Lenovo believes that the integrated wireless WAN adapter is safe for use by consumers. In some situations or environments, the use of the wireless WAN adapter may be restricted by the proprietor of the building or responsible representatives of the organization. These situations and areas may include:
