EOF and Home Position Sensors Test

This test allows the servicer to test the function of the End-of-Form and Home Position sensors.

To run the test:

1.With the printer off and the End-of-Form Flag out of the sensor, press and hold the following buttons while turning the printer on:

2.Paper Feed

3.Install Print Cartridge

After five seconds, release the buttons to begin the test.

The Busy light goes on and off as the End-of-Form flag is moved into and out of the End-of-Form sensor.

The Power light goes on and off as the Carrier flag is moved into and out of the Home Position sensor.
