1Remove all original documents from the ADF.

2Open the ADF cover, firmly grasp any jammed paper, and then gently pull it out. Remove the pick arm assembly to remove hard-to-reach jammed paper.

3Close the ADF cover.

4Open the scanner cover, firmly grasp any jammed paper, and then gently pull it out. Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

5Close the scanner cover.

6From the printer control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.
