34 Restoring factory defaults

You can make changes to printer settings or values by using the menus available through the Printer

Settings Configuration sheet, PJL commands, or the Local Printer Setup U tility. For more information,

see Printing the Printer Settings Configuration sheet. To restore the original printer settings

(factory default settings):

1Turn the printer off.

2Open the upper front door.

3Press and hold Continue as you turn the printer on. All the lights cycle.

4Release Continue.

5Close the upper front door. The light sequence that represents the Home menu is displayed.
