Adding an event to your calendar

1From the Home

Screen, touch ,

touch Calendar in the Organizer tab.

2Touch the date you would like to add an event to.

3Touch New Event.

4Touch Category then choose from Appointment or Anniversary.

5Enter Subject.

6Check and enter the date and the *time you would like your event to begin and end.

*Only applicable to Appointments.

7Set the Alarm and Repeat preferences.

8Touch Save and your event will be saved in the calendar. Days with events are highlighted in yellow when viewing the calendar in Monthly View.

Adding an item to your to do list

1From the Home Screen,

touch , touch Tools in the Organizer tab.

2Touch Tasks and touch New Task.

3Set the date for the task, add a note and select a priority level: High, Normal or Low.

4Touch Save to save your to do item.
