Want to talk? Why not Talk Now?

Talk Now lets you speak with your contacts either in groups or as individuals. So whether it's checking someone’s availability for a quick brainstorm, or updating your whole team at once, Talk Now gives you instant access to the people you need, when you need them.

When you use Talk Now, you can tell at a glance whether your Talk Now contacts are available to talk or not. If they are, you press a single key and begin. No waiting for an answer. And if they’re not available at that moment, you’ll be updated as soon as they are.

Welcome to Talk Now

Talk Now gives you the flexibility to stay in touch with your colleagues in the way that suits you most.

Once you’ve added a Talk Now contact, a long press on the TN key which gets you in touch with an individual or group so you’ll always be able to update them immediately.

You then need to contact Orange Customer Services (see the contact Orange page in this guide) to activate your subscription to Talk Now. When you’ve done this, you’ll be ready to use Talk Now for the first time.

Talk Now tips

Talk Now is a great way of communicating instantly with the people who are important to you. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of it.

] You can use your phone settings to turn off all ring tones through the loudspeaker, including

Talk Now tones.

Changing your phone settings will update your presence status.

1.If you set ring volume to zero, silence or vibration mode in the status of not DND, your presence will be changed to silence.

2.If you select other profile except silence/vibrate only and the profile’s ring tone volume is on, your presence will be changed Available.

] If you’re in a situation where a Talk Now call might be inappropriate, set your availability to Do Not Disturb.

] When you’re in a public place, why not wear the headphones?

This way, no-one else will hear the tones, and you can have your Talk Now conversation in private.
