4.6 Security

The Security menu allows you to secure the phone electronically.

	1.	Press and hold		to unlock
		or press the Unlock Key ( )
		on the right side of your
		phone and touch the Menu
		Touch Soft Key		.
	2.	Touch	.
	3.	Touch Phone Settings.
S E T T	4.	Touch Security.
	5. Enter the four-digit lock code.
I N		By default, the lock code is
G S
		the last 4 digits of your

mobile phone number if it is set. The lock code is the last 4 digits of your MEID if your mobile phone number is not set.

4.6.1 Edit Codes

Allows you to enter a new four- digit lock code.

1.Press and hold to unlock or press the Unlock Key ( ) on the right side of your phone and touch the Menu Touch Soft Key .

2.Touch .

3.Touch Phone Settings.

4.Touch Security.

5.Enter the four-digit lock code.

6.Touch Edit Codes.

7.Touch Phone Only or Calls & Services, then enter your new lock code. Enter it again to confirm it.
