Unfolding the Treadmill

3.Position yourself behind the treadmill. Slightly push the treadmill forward towards the display and with your left foot lightly push the top portion of the hydraulic shock forward till the locking tube frees and the treadmill can be pulled back away from the console.

4.The hydraulic lift is set up to drop softly without assistance. It is not a bad idea to hold onto the treadmill until it is about 2/3 of the way down. Make sure that you use proper lifting technique, bending your knees and keeping your back straight.
