The FireWire card allows you to record directly from the Onyx mixer to a laptop or DAW without the need for a computer audio interface. The two- track mixdown is returned to the Onyx mixer and can be monitored through the Control Room Outputs (in the control room) and the Main Outs (in the Studio).
