CONNECTING EXTERNAL VIDEO SOURCES
CONNECTING A STEREO VCR OR STEREO LASERDISC PLAYER1. Connect the cable from the VIDEO OUTof the VCR or the laserdisc player to the VIDEO input (VIDEO) jack, as shown on theTV set below.2. Connect the cable from the AUDIO OUTR of the VCR or the laserdisc player to the VIDEO input (AUDIO/R) jack.3. Connect the cable from the AUDIO OUTL of the VCR or the laserdisc player to the VIDEO input (AUDIO/L) jack.4. Press the VID1~VID3 button to view the program from the VCR or laserdisc player. The VIDEO icondisappears automaticallyafter approximately eight seconds.5. Press the ANT button to return to the previous channel.

played back will be abnormal if the connection is loose.
2. A single VCR can be used for VCR #1 and VCR #2, but note that a VCR cannot record its own video or line output.(INPUT: 1 in example on page 13) Refer to your VCR operating guide for more information on line input-outputconnections.
