Monter le mandrin :

Placer le mandrin (a) sur la broche (6). Tourner le verrouillage du mandrin (5) dans le sens de la flèche (b) jusqu'à ce que le mandrin puisse entièrement glisser sur la broche, puis lâcher le verrouillage du mandrin.

Contrôler si le mandrin est bien en place.

Remarque : Pour éviter que la broche ne tourne également pendant le changement de mandrin, mettre le sélecteur (13) en position "burinage".

7.6Changement d'outil avec le mandrin marteau

Nettoyer et graisser la tige de l'outil avec une graisse spéciale avant le montage !

Ne monter que des outils à emmanchement SDS-Plus !

Introduire l'outil :

Tourner l'outil et l'introduire jusqu'à enclenchement. L'outil sera automatiquement bloqué.

Retirer l'outil :

Tourner la douille de l'outil (3) dans le sens de la flèche (a) et déposer l'outil (b).

7.7Changement d'outil avec le mandrin autoserrant Futuro Plus

(sauf KHE-D 24, BHE-D 24)

Insérer l'outil. Tenir la bague de maintien (a) et tourner la douille (b) de l'autre main dans la direction "GRIP, ZU", jusqu'à ce que la résistance mécanique soit surmontée.

Attention ! L'outil n'est alors pas encore serré ! Continuer à tourner avec force (un "clic" doit se faire entendre), jusqu'à ce qu'il ne soit plus possible de tourner - ce n'est que maintenant que l'outil est correctement serré.

En cas d'outils souples, il faudra éventuellement resserrer après avoir effectué de courts travaux de perçage.

Ouvrir le mandrin :

Tenir la bague de maintien (a) et tourner la douille

(b)de l'autre main dans la direction "AUF, RELEASE".

Remarque : Le cliquètement que l'on entend éventuellement après avoir ouvert le mandrin (bruit dû au fonctionnement) disparaîtra si l'on tourne la douille dans le sens contraire.

Au cas où le mandrin est complètement bloqué: Retirer la prise d’alimentation. Maintenir le mandrin au niveau de la tête avec une clé à fourche et tourner la douille (b) avec force dans le sens "AUF, RELEASE".

8 Conseils et astuces

Pour le perçage au marteau et le travail au burin, une pression moyenne est suffisante. Même si la pression est plus forte, le rendement effectif n'en sera pas plus important.

En cas de perçages profonds, il faut retirer de temps en temps le foret du trou pour éliminer les poussières de pierre.

Les carrelages, ainsi que les matériaux cassants, sont à percer sans percussion.
