20. Special functions
AV-PIP (picture-in-picture) Call the menu
An AV picture (such as that from a security
camera) can be displayed within the picture from
the currently selected station.
Activating AV-PIP (picture-in-picture):
• If "F1" is already programmed with the function
"Picture in picture", briefly press the "F1" key;
otherwise, hold the "F1" key depressed
until "Special functions 1" is displayed
and then press the key to display
the PIP picture.
• The PIP picture can be moved with the
aid of the cursor keys   . The last
position which was selected is saved.
• The frame of the PIP picture can be set
to active (red) or inactive (white) by
pressing the "OK" key.
• If this frame is red, you can select the
AV device by pressing the "AV" key
and using the numeric keys.
• Pressing the red key swaps the large and
small pictures.
• Pressing the green key causes the PIP picture
to be displayed as the large picture and termi-
nates the PIP function.
• Press the "TV" key to hide the PIP picture.
If a recording has been programmed in the
timer menu, the programme being recor-
ded will be displayed if the PIP function is
activated.
If the TV set is equipped with a satellite
upgrade kit or a DVB upgrade kit, one of
the other programme positions can be
selected as the source of the PIP picture.
