The following procedures are intended only for
cases where the batteries of the remote control
unit are exhausted or the remote control unit is
not available.
The TV controls are at the front of the set. Depen-
ding on the TV model, they are located underne-
ath a cover which can be opened by pressing at
the marked position.
Switching on
Press the main switch on the TV set to switch to
standby mode. To switch the set on with program-
me position 1 selected, press and hold the key F
or Puntil the green LED lights up.
You can also execute the following functions with
the controls on the front of the TV set. The prese-
lected function remains active for 10 seconds.
Changing programme positions:
Press the -/+ keys.
Volume:
Press the preselection key For Puntil the bar
display for volume appears on the screen. Then
press the - or +key to adjust the volume.
Contrast:
Press the preselection key For Puntil the bar
display for contrast appears on the screen. Then
press the -or +key to adjust the contrast.
