Operating the dishwasher

Programme sequence indicator lights (16)

The "Wash/Rinse" indicator light comes on in the pre-wash, main wash, interim rinse and final rinse stages of a programme.

The "Drying" indicator light comes on during the drying stage of a programme.

The "End" indicator light comes on when the programme has finished.

At the end of a programme

A programme has finished when the "End" indicator light comes on in the programme sequence display (16).

The dishwasher can now be opened and unloaded (see "Unloading the dish- washer").

For safety’s sake it is advisable to al- ways switch the dishwasher off if you do not wish to start another programme immediately.

Switching off

At the end of a programme:

^Press the "On/Off" button (13).

The dishwasher continues to use electricity until switched off using the "On/Off" button.

If the dishwasher is not to be used for a longer period of time, e. g. whilst on holiday, the stopcock should be turned off.
