CONVECTION BROIL
No default temperature
The hot air from the upper heating element is distributed over the food by the fan. This enables a lower temperature than conventional broiling to be used.
Use this function for:
–steak,
–lamb
The recommended position is the 2nd runner from the bottom.
Always insert the grease filter over the convection fan in the back of the oven when using this function.
