Always ensure food is sufficiently cooked or reheated.
Many factors affect overall cooking time, including the size and amount of food, its temperature and changes to the recipe.
Some foods may contain micro organ- isms which are only destroyed by thor- ough cooking, therefore it is important that the food is thoroughly cooked. If in doubt select a longer cooking or reheat- ing time.
Do not leave the Fryer unattended while in use.

Frying oil can normally be used
Turn on the Fryer only after the lid is removed and it is filled with oil.
Do not store hot oil in plastic con- tainers. Plastic melts!
