The mode light will blink twice to confirm that the VCR volume controls are assigned to TV.

If the mode light blinks once for a longer time, the volume assignment failed.Try again from step 1.

Add a specific function to your remote control

In case you miss a specific function on the remote control and you can not learn the function from your original remote control, you can contact our Helpline to ask for a 5 digit code to add the missing function to the RU760. (You can find the telephone number on page 145).

1Select the required mode with the SELECT key.

2Press keys 1 and 6 of the RU760 simultaneously for 5 seconds until the label of the selected mode blinks twice and then remains lit.

3Press keys 9, 9 and 4, in that order.

4Enter the 5-digit code you have received from our helpdesk.

5Press the key under which you want to store the new function.

The label of the selected mode blinks twice to confirm that the function is stored.

If you store the function on a key that already had a function, the original function will be lost.You can reset the original function with ‘Reset a key’ as described on page 11.

Restoring all original functions

To revert the RU760 back to the factory default settings, do the following:

1Press keys 1 and 6 simultaneously for

5 seconds until the label of the selected mode blinks twice and remains lit.

2Press keys 9, 8 and 1, in that order.

The mode light will blink twice to confirm a succesfull reset.Your remote is now reverted to the state it was when you first took it out of the packaging.
