Last Call Duration Display
This feature enables the duration of the last external call that was m ade from your extension to be
displayed on your set’s display screen. The duration of the current call is d ynamically displayed during
the call.
To display the duration of the last external call:
1. While your extension is idle, press the CALL DURATION key.
Line Group
A LINE GROUP key allows you to access and answer calls from a specified lin e group with a single
key.
The LINE GROUP key light indicates the status of a line group:
Status Explanation
Lit All lines in the line group are busy.
Unlit At least one line in the line group is idle.
Flashing Line group is ringing.
To make a call using a line group:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press the programmable key assigned to the LINE GROUP feature.
3. Dial the number or press a Speed Call key to dial a pre-programmed num ber.
To answer a call on a line group:
1. When the LINE GROUP key is flashing, lift the handset.
2. Press the programmable key assigned to the LINE GROUP feature.
Locking/Unlocking The Phone
Your System Administrator can assign a PIN (Personal Identification Number) code to you which,
when invoked, prevents unauthorized users from making external calls from your telephone. That is, it
locks your extension to prevent unauthorized use. You can also use your PIN code at another
extension to access features or make external calls which would not nor mally be available from that
extension.
Note: You can still make internal calls and dial emergency numbers f rom a locked extension.
To lock your extension:
1. While your extension is idle, press the programmable key assigned t o the PIN CODE feature.
2. Dial your PIN code. If programmed, the PIN CODE key lights solid indicating that your extension
is locked.
3. Replace your handset.
