CLEARANCES AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Ensure that minimum clearances shown in Figures 4 through 8 are maintained. Left and right clearances are determined when facing the front of the firebox.

Follow these instructions carefully to ensure safe installation. Failure to follow these requirements may create a fire hazard.

1.Sidewall clearances: The clearance from the inside of the appliance to any combustible wall should not be less than 9". See Figure 4.

2.Ceiling clearance: The ceiling must be at least 42” from the top of the firebox opening. See Figure 4.

3.Back wall clearance: The appliance may be placed against a combustible back wall.
