Frozen Foods
•Where possible refer to the packet instructions for cooking guide.
•Do not exceed 400g when cooking frozen food. Size and shape of the food usually determines a smaller weight.
•In general frozen food requires a high cooking temperature.
•For fresh food keep a check on the frying process, check that the food is completely cooked before eating.
•Generally a crispy browned outer surface is an indication that the food is cooked.
•It is advised that all fish cooked should be
between 12mm/1/2” and 25mm/1” in thickness.
