Messages—Voicemail

You can listen to your voicemail messages by calling your network voicemail phone number. Voicemail messages are stored on the network—not on your phone. Contact your service provider for more details.

Receiving a New Voicemail Message

When you receive a voicemail message, your phone displays the

&(voice message waiting) indicator and a New VoiceMail notification. (Some networks only indicate when you have messages, whether they are new or not.) If reminders are turned on, your phone sends a reminder every five minutes until you close the new message notification, listen to the message, or turn off your phone. (See “Reminders” on page 148.)
