cancel an unsent message

1Highlight the message you want to cancel.

2Press /.

3Press : under Cancel.

sent items

The Sent Items box holds sent messages.

forward items from sent items

1Scroll to the message you want to forward.

2Press / > Forward.

3Make edits if you wish, select the recipient and press : under Send.

setting up read receipts

While creating a message you can set up read receipts. Press / > Reports to view the options.

Off: read receipts will not be generated.

On Delivery: read receipts will be generated when a message is delivered.

check delivery status

If a message was successfully sent and you set the message to confirm delivery, you can check the delivery status:

1Scroll to the message you want to view.

2Press / > Delivery Status.

2Press : under Delete.
