To record your greetings, follow the steps below:

1Log into voice mail (see “Logging Into Voice Mail” on page 31).

2Press 3 to reach the Greetings menu.

3Press 4 to modify another greeting.

4Enter the greeting number you wish to create or modify.

5Press 2 to record a greeting.

6Record your greeting and press # when you have finished.

7Exit Voice Mail (see “About Voice Mail Menus” on page 30) or hang up to end the call.

Activating Your Greeting Schedule

To activate your greeting schedule according to the pre-determined time frames (Morning, Afternoon, etc.) follow the steps below:

1Log into voice mail (see “Logging Into Voice Mail” on page 31).

2Press 3 to reach the Greetings menu.

3Press 9 to activate your greeting schedule.

4Exit Voice Mail (see “About Voice Mail Menus” on page 30) or hang up to end the call.
