Instructions

Follow this procedure if you need to program your phone’s phone number(s).

Note: Programming is normally done by a trained technician at the site of purchase. Users should not make changes other than ones in the following procedure.

Before programming, ask your service provider for your:

•Carrier System ID (a one- to five-digit number)

•10-digit MIN (Mobile Identification Number)

	0	code
	(This is the security code
	that is in the phone when
	it is shipped from the
	factory.)
3	OK (+)	submit the security
		code
4	S	scroll to MIN
5	CHANGE (+)	open the MIN
