6Use the keypad to enter the PIN of the device you want to pair with and press the Center Select Key (M) (OK).

Note: The default PIN code is usually 0000. Refer to the Bluetooth accessory’s user guide for additional information.

If the device requests permission to bond with your phone, press the Center Select Key (M) (YES). When the connection is made, the Bluetooth indicator I and a Bluetooth message display in the main screen.

transfer files

You can use a Bluetooth connection to transfer files between your computer and phone.

Note: Your computer’s Bluetooth interface may be

different.

1Pair your phone and computer (see “pair with a headset, handsfree device, or PC”).

2On your computer, right-click the Bluetooth icon in your System Tray.

3Select “Send a File.”

4Click “Browse” to locate your phone name, and then click “Next.”

5Click “Browse” to locate the file you want to transfer, and then click “Next.”

6On your phone, when prompted, press the Center Select Key (M) (ACCEPT) to accept the file transfer.

7When you are finished transferring files, press the Power/End Key (%) on your phone to close the connection.

Note: Breaking the link with your computer does not turn off Bluetooth power on your phone. You might want to turn Bluetooth power off to conserve battery charge.
