	For split timing: Select Split
	timing. Press Start to begin timing,
	and press SPLIT at the end of
	each split. Press Stop to stop
	timing. Press Options > Reset to
	reset the timer.
	For lap timing: Select Lap timing.
	Press Start to begin timing, and
	press LAP at the end of each
	lap. Press Stop to stop timing.
	Press Options > Reset to reset the
	timer.
