GB Trouble shooting
1.The headset is not working
Please check the battery: it could be low, please charge it for 3 hours.
2.There is no sound coming out of the headset
Please check whether the speakers and microphone were connected right. Also check the volume: maybe you have set it too low?
3.Whistling of the speakers
If the microphone is too close to the speaker, the speaker could produce a ‘whistling’ sound. Enlarge the distance between the microphone and the speaker and the problem should be solved.
4.Lose connection with the mobile phone or music device
Please check the battery: if it is too low, the Blue Biker could lose the connection with the mobile phone.
5.Cannot reconnect with your mobile phone
Please consult the list of previously paired devices on your mobile phone: remove all the names on the list, then turn off the headset, and remove your mobile phone’s battery for a few seconds. Replace the battery, turn on your mobile phone and let your phone search for Bluetooth® devices again. Now you can reconnect with the Blue Biker.
Charging the battery
Please charge the helmet headset for 3 hours until the red LED indicator turns off before use.
Note:
1.Please use the USB cables gently, do not pull too hard or the helmet headset may be damaged.
2.In order to optimize the battery capacity, please stock the headset in 15°C to 25°C environment while not in use.
