CHANGER LES GOUPILLES DE CISAILLEMENT DE VIS SANS FIN

La vis sans fin est rendue solidaire de l’arbre de vis sans fin au moyen de goupilles de cisaillement conçues spécialement pour rompre en cas de blocage d’un objets dan le carter de vis sans fin. L’utilisation d’une goupille de cisaillement de plus grande dureté réduit la protection offerte par la goupille. Une goupille de cisaillement cassée se change de la manière suivante :

AVERTISSEMENT : Ne pas s’approcher de la goulotte d’éjection ni de la vis sans fin lorsque le moteur est en marche. Ne pas faire fonctionner le moteur s’il manque un quelconque capot ou autre protection.

Dans la majorité des cas, lorsque la vis sans fin heurte un objet susceptible d’endommager la machine, la goupille de cisaillement se casse. Ceci protège la boîte d’engrenages et les autres pièces de la machine.

Les goupilles de cisaillement (A, Figure 31) sont placées sur l’arbre de vis sans fin. Changer une goupille de cisaillement cassée de la manière suivante.

1.Extraire la goupille de cisaillement cassée avec un chasse-goupille.

2.Poser une goupille de cisaillement neuve et une goupille fendue. Rabattre les extrémités de la goupille fendue.

IMPORTANT : Ne pas remplacer les goupilles de cisaillement par quoi que ce soit d’autre que des goupilles de cisaillement de rechange de dureté correcte. L’emploi de boulons, de vis ou de goupilles de cisaillement de plus grande dureté peut causer des dommages de la machine.
