It will only take a few moments to have your Pocket LOOX up and running, ready for
use. The steps you will need to work through include:
• inserting the battery
• connecting the power adapter
• starting up your Pocket LOOX for the first time

Inserting the battery

►Slide offthe cover from the Pocket LOOX in the direction of the arrow (1).
►Insert the batteryin the battery compar tment(2). Check the contact connections.
►Slide the cover backon i n thedirection of the arrow as far as it will go (3).
Thebatte ry is not completely charged when delivered. So charge the battery before
the first mobileuse (see section "Charg ing the battery", Page 8).
