The Pocket LOOX does not start afterbeing switched on
Cause Troubleshooting
Thebattery is dead. ►Connect the power adapter to the Pocket LOOX to charge the
battery.
Thebattery will be charged. Thepower-on indicator lights up red.
The AC adapter is not
connectedcorrectly.
►Switchthe Pocket LOOX off.
►Checkwhether the AC adapteris properly connected to the Pocket
LOOX and the electrical outlet.
►Then switch the Pocket LOOX on again
The Pocket LOOX does not respond any more
PocketLOOX

An application program
has caused the
malfunction.
►Reset your Pocket LOOX (see section "Resetting the Pocket
LOOX", Page 13).
or
►Ifthe resetting does not function, reboot your Pocket LOOX (see
thesection "Re booting the Pocket LOOX", Page 13).
Thebattery is dead. ►Connect the power adapter to the Pocket LOOX to charge the
battery.
Thebattery will be charged. Thepower-on indicator lights up red.
The battery discharges too quickly

hotor too cold.
►Bringthe Pocket LOOX up /down to a normal temperature again.
Ifthe operating time in battery mode is extre mely short, the battery is
probablyold and should be replaced. Please contact your dealer for
a new battery.
