| For example: If names are entered to the |

| database in the order first name then last |
|
| name, then selection of option #1 sorts |
|
| the database by the first name and option |
|
| #2 sorts the database by the last name. On |
|
| the other hand, if names are entered to the |
|
| database in the order last name then first |
|
| name, then selection of option #1 sorts |
|
| the database by the last name and option |
|
| #2 sorts the database by the first name. |
|
