Troubleshooting
Before arranging for service by the NEC Service Center, check the following to be sure repairs are needed.
Problem | Possible Cause | Correction |
No Picture or Sound | Power cord unplugged. | Plug in power cord. |
| Power outlet inactive. | Be sure wall switch is on and outlet has power. |
| Power of external equipment is not ON. | Switch to ON or connect to an active AC outlet. |
| External equipment has been incorrectly connected. | Correct all connections. |
| Incorrect input selection. | Press correct RGB1, RGB 2, VIDEO 1 or VIDEO 2 button. |

Sound OK; poor picture | Improper control setting. | Adjust picture controls as needed. |

| Cable interconnections. | Be sure all connections are secure. |
