The machine has switched off automatically; press ON/OFF button.

No coffee, no water.

Check the mains: plug, voltage, fuse.

Check the water tank, if empty, fill with potable water.

Coffee is not hot enough.

Press coffee button several times until the coffee/water comes out (may occur on first use, after emptying, a long period of non use).

Preheat cup. Descale the machine if necessary.

No milk froth when using steam pipe.

Adjust and clean steam pipe. Ensure to use right milk at right temperature.

The lever cannot be closed completely.
