To set the CIR for a DLCI or group of DLCIs
1Choose Tools → Discover Network Names. The Discover Network Names pane opens.
2In the pane, click the edit DLCI CIR button on the Discover Network Names mode window (Figure 51).

3Click Add to add a new DLCI.
4Type the CIR in Kbits/sec for the DLCI.
