1 Display the shooting screen.

•Check the remaining amount of movie recording time.

• If Photo info in the Monitor settings (A72) in the setup menu is set to Movie frame+auto info, the area that will be visible in the movie can be confirmed before movie recording starts.

2Lower the flash (A5)

• Recording movies while the flash is raised may cause the audio to be muffled.

3 Press the b(emovie-record) button to start movie recording.

• When AF area mode (A69) in the movie menu is set to Face priority, focus priority is set on faces.
