Picture Control
Choose how the camera processes photographs. Note that this setting is not available in auto photo or Smart Photo Selector mode, when Scene auto selector is selected in Motion Snapshot mode, or when creative modes other than P, S, A, M are selected; in these modes, the camera automatically selects a Picture Control to suit the scene.

Modifying Picture Controls
Existing preset and custom Picture Controls (0 136) can be modified to suit the scene or your creative intent.

Highlight an item in the Picture Control menu and press 2 to display Picture Control settings (0 134; the settings available with custom Picture
i Controls are the same as the preset controls on which they are based). To
use an unmodified Picture Control, highlight it and press J.
