Delete

The delete menu contains the following options:

If no memory card is inserted, pictures will be deleted from internal memory. If a memory card is inserted, pictures will be deleted from the memory card.

Protect

Protect

Select pictures for protection from accidental deletion. Protected files are marked with a protect icon (see right) and can not be deleted by pressing the button or using the options in the Delete menu. Note, how- ever, that protected pictures will be deleted when the memory card or internal memory is formatted ( 79).
