Viewing Pictures by Date (List by Date)

In “Clist by date mode”, pictures taken on the same date can be played back.

In full-frame playback mode, just as with normal playback mode, picture display can be enlarged, pictures can be edited or added to albums, and movies can be played back.

When the d button is pressed, the list by date menu (A 85) is displayed and all pictures taken on a specified date can be selected for deletion, viewing in a slide show, or applying print order or protection setting.

Selecting a Date in List by Date Mode

1Press the cbutton in playback mode to display the playback-mode

selection menu and press the multi

 

selector H or I to choose C, and

List by date

then press the kbutton.

 

Dates for which pictures exist are listed.

2Press the multi selector Hor I to select the desired date.

Camera lists up to 29 dates. If pictures exist for more than 29 dates, all pictures recorded earlier than most recent 29 dates will be combined under Others.

Press the k button to display the first picture taken on the selected date.

Select an image and press the k button to sort the image to the album (A 74).

Rotate the zoom control to f(h) in full-frame playback mode to return to the list by date screen.

BNotes on List by Date Mode

Up to 9,000 of the most recently recorded pictures can be displayed in list by date mode. If more pictures exist, “*” is displayed next to the number of pictures for the date containing the 9,001st most recent picture.

Pictures taken when the camera’s date is not set are treated as pictures taken on January 1, 2010.
