The AC Adapter

The supplied AC adapter can:

•When the camera is turned on, power the camera from a power outlet.

•When the camera is turned off, charge the battery in the camera (c 16). It can also be used to power the camera for playback, data transfer, or print- ing (recommended). Do not use any other make or model of AC adapter; failure to observe this precaution could result in fire or product malfunction.

Steps

1 Connect the power cord. (1)

2 Plug the AC adapter into the COOL-STATION or camera. (2)

COOL-STATION Camera

Make sure that the plugs are in the correct orientation. Inserting the plugs incor- rectly may damage the COOL-STATION.

3 Plug the adapter in. (3)

When the adapter is connected correctly, the power on lamp will light. (4)
