Shooting Options: The Shooting Menu

The shooting menu and high-sensitivity menu contain the following options.

Z	Image mode	c 95
	Choose image size and quality.
d	White balance1	c 97
	Match white balance to the light source.
I	Exp. +/–	c 99
	Adjust exposure for very bright or very dark subjects.
q	Continuous1	c 100
	Take pictures one at a time or in a sequence.
A	BSS1	c 102
	Use the “best shot selector” to choose the sharpest picture.
W	ISO sensitivity2	c 103
	Control camera’s sensitivity to light.
d	Color options1	c 103
	Apply color effects to pictures as they are recorded.
k	AF area mode	c 104
	Choose where the camera focuses.
c	Electronic VR2	c 104
	Choose whether or not to apply electronic vibration reduction to
	reduce camera shake while taking pictures.
