AKUMULATORJI

Če je bil vaš stroj dobavljen z nameščenimi akumulatorji, sledite naslednjim korakom: Preverite, če so akumulatorji spojeni s strojem (34).

Obrnite glavno kontaktno stikalo (A) v položaj ON (vključeno) in preverite prikazovalnik stanja akumulatorjev (F6). Če merilnik kaže poln odklon, so akumulatorji pripravljeni za uporabo. Če merilnik ne kaže polnega odklona, je potrebno akumulatorje pred uporabo napolniti. Glejte poglavje »Polnjenje akumulatorjev«.

Če je bil vaš stroj dobavljen brez nameščenih akumulatorjev, sledite naslednjim korakom:

Z vašim pooblaščenim dobaviteljem opreme Nilfisk se posvetujte o priporočenih akumulatorjih. Akumulatorje namestite sledeč spodnjim navodilom.

V vaš stroj NE nameščajte dveh 12 V akumulatorjev. To vpliva na stabilnost stroja.

NAMESTITE AKUMULATOR

Pri delu z akumulatorji bodite izjemno previdni. Žveplova kislina v akumulatorjih lahko povzroči resne poškodbe, če pride v stik s kožo ali očmi. Eksplozivni plin vodik izhaja iz akumulatorjev skozi odprtine na pokrovih akumulatorjev. Ta plin se lahko vname, če pride v stik z električnim oblokom, iskro ali ognjem. Svinčevih akumulatorjev ne nameščajte v zaprte ali ograjene posode. Plin vodik, ki se sprošča pri prenapolnjenju, mora prosto izhajati.

Ko opravljate dela na akumulatorjih...

*Snemite ves nakit.

*Ne kadite.

*Nosite zaščitna očala, gumijaste rokavice in gumijasti predpasnik.

*Delajte v dobro prezračevanih prostorih.

*Z orodji se ne dotikajte hkrati več priključkov akumulatorjev.

*Pri menjavi akumulatorjev VEDNO najprej izklopite negativni (ozemljitveni) kabel, da preprečite iskrenje.

*Pri nameščanju akumulatorjev VEDNO nazadnje priklopite negativni kabel.

Če akumulatorji niso nameščeni in pravilno povezani, se lahko električne komponente tega stroja resno poškodujejo. Akumulatorje lahko nameščajo le predstavniki podjetja Nilfisk, usposobljeni serviserji ali predstavniki proizvajalca akumulatorjev.

1Kontaktno stikalo (A) obrnite v položaj za izklop (O) in izvlecite ključ. Nato odprite pokrov prostora za akumulator (10) in nastavite oporni drog (33).

2Vsaj dva delavca naj z uporabo jermena za dviganje pazljivo dvigneta in spustita akumulator v prostor za akumulator, natančno tako kot

je prikazano. Upoštevajte oznako 56601416 za postavitev kablov akumulatorja.

3Glejte sliko 1. Namestite kable akumulatorja, kot je prikazano in privijte matice na priključnih sponkah akumulatorja.

4Namestite akumulatorske priključke in jih s priloženimi pritrdilnimi trakovi trdno privijte h kablom akumulatorja.

5Priključek akumulatorja povežite s priključkom stroja (34) in zaprite pokrov prostora za akumulator.
