3.0Operating instructions

3.1Connections

1.High pressure hose

Max. length of extension hose: 33 ft

Only use ALTO high pressure hose

The high pressure hose marked with max. working pressure and temperature should be attached to the outlet nipple (1) using the quick coupler (2).

2.Water connection

IMPORTANT! Water must not contain dirt, sand or other impurities. Using

dirty water may void your warranty coverage!

Minimum size and length of the inlet

hose: ½" diam. / 20 ft.

Maximum water supply pressure: 145 Psi Minimum water flow from the tap: 3 gpm Clean the inlet water screen monthly (or more frequently if required).

Run water through your garden hose before connecting, to flush it. Mount the MALE quick-connect nipple on the garden hose and snap it into the quick-coupler on the machine.

Note: Connection to municipal water supplies may require mounting a back-flow preventer. If in doubt, check local codes.

3.Power connection

This product must be grounded.

Be certain that the voltage, fuse or breaker, power and/or extension cords are as specified in Sec. 2.2.

WARNING - - To reduce the risk of electrocution, keep all connections dry and off the ground. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
