2.Select the setting you wish to change:

Message font size—Scroll to Small font or Large font, and press Select.

Message overwriting—Scroll to Sent items only, Inbox only, Sent items & inbox, or Off, and press Select.

Save to sent items as sending— Scroll to Always save, Always prompt, or Off, and press Select.

Queue msgs. when digital unavailable—Scroll to On, On prompt, or Off, and press Select.

Distribution lists

You can send a text message to multiple recipients at one time. First, you must create a distribution list using the entries in your contacts list.

1.At the standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Text messages > Distribution lists.

3.Enter the name of the list and press OK.

4.With the list highlighted, select Options > View list > Add contact.

5.Highlight the contact you want to add to the distribution list and press Select.

6.Highlight the phone number you want to add and press Select.

Repeat steps 4–6 to add additional contacts to the distribution list.

To send a message to all contacts in a created distribution list:

1.At the standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Text messages > Create message.

After a brief pause, the message entry screen appears in the display.

2.Compose a message using the keypad and press Options.

4.Highlight the distribution list you are sending to and press Select > OK.

Add list—Create a distribution list using your contacts list.

View list—View the list of contacts or numbers in a
