Send multiple copies

You can send the same message to multiple recipients using the multiple copies feature. This saves the time of having to rewrite the message for each recipient.

1At the Start screen, press Menu.

2Press the roller, press Write, and enter your message.

3Press Options, scroll to Sending options, and press the roller.

4Multiple copies is highlighted. Press the roller.

5Select a name from the list and press the roller. Sending <type of message> appears on screen.

6Press to return to the Start screen.

When message memory is full

When blinks there is no more space for new text messages. You can do the following to create more space:

•Read some of the unread messages and then delete them.

•If you’ve saved messages in the Archive folder, or in folders which you’ve created, erase some of these messages from those folders.

To view messages that have been stored in your Inbox, Outbox, or Archive folders:

1At the Start screen, press Menu, and then press the roller. Text messages appears on screen.

2Press the roller, scroll to the folder of your choice, and press the roller again.
