18. The incline trainer is capable of high speeds. Adjust the speed in small increments to avoid sudden jumps in speed.
19. The pulse sensor is not a medical device. Various factors, including the user's move- ment, may affect the accuracy of heart rate readings. The pulse sensor is intended only as an exercise aid in determining heart rate trends in general.
20. Never leave the incline trainer unattended while it is running. Always remove the key, unplug the power cord, and switch the reset/off circuit breaker to the off position when the incline trainer is not in use. (See the drawing on page 5 for the location of the reset/off circuit breaker.)
21. Do not attempt to move the incline trainer until it is properly assembled. (See ASSEM- BLY on page 6, and HOW TO MOVE THE IN- CLINE TRAINER on page 20.) You must be able to safely lift 45 lbs. (20 kg) to move the incline trainer.
