Deletion function: Reset Grand Total and Z-Counter

Start Training mode:	Input	Display	Confirm by pressing
Set the key to PRG
Press the 2and 0keys.	20	20	c
Conclude by pressing c.

Proceed as follows to reset the cash register to its initial state and clear all the programmed values:

5.Disconnect the cash register power plug.

6.Open the battery compartment and remove the three AA batteries.

7.Leave the cash register for 10 minutes without any power supply; all the data is deleted as a result.

8.Replace the batteries and reconnect the power plug.

Error messages

Error messages appear in the display in the case of incorrect operation.

What to do if the cash register does not print?

In the event the cash register fails to print receipts or reports, check whether a special function has been activated. Special functions are indicated by a dot in the display:

The cash register is in Training mode; no reports can be printed in this mode.

What to do: Deactivate Training mode. To do this, set the key-operated switch to PRG and press the 5key 6 times. Conclude by pressing q.

The Receipt function has been deactivated on the cash register. There is no paper transport and, therefore, no receipt is printed.

What to do: Press the Rkey to activate the receipt printing function.

The cash register is in Calculator mode; the key-operated switch is set to CAL.

There is no paper transport in Calculator mode. In addition, only the calculation keys are operational. What to do: Set the key to REG.
