USING THE FLASHPATH STATUS MONITORING

PROGRAM (Windows 3.1 Version)

Use the instructions in this section to learn how to operate the Windows 3.1 version of the Floppydisk Adapter (hereinafter referred to as FlashPath) Status Monitoring Program (FLSHMON.EXE). This section also explains the meaning of the messages displayed by the monitoring program.

Starting Flshmon.exe

To start Flshmon.exe.

1 Click [FlashPath Group] then [FlashPath Status Monitor].

2 After startup, an icon representing the program appears. 3 To open the Status window, double-click the icon.

The standard flshmon.exe status window contains the following information.

1 Caption

Shows the title of the window.

2 Status message display

Describes details of the current status in standard English.

Displays a message corresponding to the current operation [During normal operation]
