Chaque message enregistré stocké dans un dossier est sauvegardé en tant que fichier Wave. Ces dossiers peuvent être utilisés sélectivement pour distinguer les types d’enregistrement ; par exemple,A pourra servir pour l'enregistrement d'informations privées, et B pourra être réservé aux informations d'affaires. Jusqu’à 100 messages sont enregistrables par dossier.
