Before Use
Important: Prior to every measurement, fit a new lens cover on the probe. Failure to do so may result in incorrect temperature measurement. For hygienic use, attach a new lens cover each time.
Replace Lens Cover
- Use only Omron® Lens Covers (model MC-509NLC)
1)Place a lens cover onto storage case hole with paper side upwards (plastic side downwards).
3)Completely push the probe through the lens cover hole.
2)Position the unit vertically and insert the probe into the center part of the lens cover.
4)After feeling a slight click, remove the unit, and the lens cover will be attached.
Please check that the lens cover is fitted firmly (over the Probe Cover Line on the Probe) before use. If the lens cover becomes damaged, replace with a new one immediately.
