Bir işlevi, ilgili tuşun orijinal işlevini koruyarak değiştirilmiş Makro biçimde kaydetmek de mümkündür. MAGIC tuşu, “SHIFT-işlevi” (DEĞİŞTİRME) işlevi gibi kullanılabilir.
